Our policy lasts 7 days after goods are received via delivery or purchase from showroom. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your item was purchased as a package you must return all items in the package for a full return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
